Nick began his career in recruitment in 1987. He was employed to run the industrial temp desk of Argosy Employment in Eastbourne. He was soon promoted to Branch Manager. After several years of successfully managing his office, Nick’s talent was recognised and he was recruited to open a new office in Eastbourne for Forward Recruitment, owned by Corporate Service Group, which was rebranded in 1997 to Blue Arrow. This office became the most successful Industrial office in the south and in 1998 Nick was awarded ‘Industrial Manager of the year’.
