Description:-
To ensure that customers have
an exceptional experience by providing compelling,
cohesive, accurate and consistent web content that
supports customer needs, TPRs business objectives,
authoritative voice and brand. Core Accountabilities:
Day to Day maintenance of web content
Lead stakeholder discussions,
particularly around the management and development
of new web content
Act as the team subject matter
expert relating to subject matters and web content
management best practice
Lead and manage the production
of web content particularly via web content editors
/ web authors within the web communications team
Work with external partner to
ensure content is delivered to time and quality
Work closely with the publications
team to ensure a seamless delivery of publications
and campaign work is delivered to time and standard
Lead editorial quality control
across all frontline facing online services in line
with editorial standards and guidelines
Enhancing and protecting online
brand and image, paying close attention to quality
and detail and ultimately ensuring that web content
meets the needs of our customers
Defining and driving the adoption
of web content lifecycle processes and providing web
editorial advice to web publishing community providing
a robust, audit trail.
Responsible for the editorial
contribution to the UX cycle championing the user
from a language and ease of use viewpoint Essential
criteria:
Strong portfolio of client work
gained in financial sector (preferably B2B) demonstrating
thorough understanding of the web editorial process
and associated techniques
Extensive use of managing content
via WCMS (preferably RedDot) and supporting processes
Editorial, copywriting, optimising
content for delivery onscreen Sound understanding
of user centred design approaches relating to content
management such as SEO/Meta data and linking
Management and co-ordination
of web content delivery across a range of websites
and online services
Experience of managing services
via 3rd party suppliers
Experience of developing & delivering
long term content strategies particularly around defined
audience groups
Thorough understanding of government/
best practice web standards and web technologies
Experience of developing web
content strategy
