Managing Director of Grafters Group, Siân, worked for a large National Recruitment Agency in the late 80s, managing the Commercial Office.

Passionate about the industry and looking to provide a tailor-made and personal service, she opened Grafters Recruitment Consultants in 1999, offering a much needed and refreshing approach to Recruitment, without the target driven and sales aspect the industry was known for.

With Awards to match, Grafters soon became the most successful recruitment agency in this area.

Grafters Accountancy Personnel was opened in 2006, and Grafters Transport followed in 2012.
