Siân began her recruitment career in 1988, specialising in the commercial sector. With a passion for providing a personal, tailor-made service, she founded Grafters Recruitment Consultants in 1999. With over 35 years of experience, Siân has developed extensive recruitment expertise across virtually every sector. Before establishing Grafters, she helped develop a technical division for a large national recruitment company and worked for a specialist accountancy recruiter in London, where she was recognised with Manager of the Year.

Under Siân’s leadership, Grafters has achieved numerous business awards, including Professional Business of the Year and Employer of the Year at the Eastbourne Business Awards. In 2016, Siân’s achievements were further recognised when she was named Sussex Business Woman of the Year. Today, she continues to lead Grafters with the same values that inspired its creation: a personal approach, expert knowledge and a commitment to finding the right people for the right organisations.

Tracy joined Grafters in 2000 and quickly became a trusted and familiar face to both clients and candidates. Tracy has since been a welcoming face of Grafters to returning satisfied customers delighted by her knowledge of them.

With a background in the financial industry, she brings exceptional customer service skills alongside a strong administrative background. As a Permanent Recruitment Consultant, Tracy has played a key role in shaping local recruitment, building lasting relationships with clients and candidates alike. Her knowledge of returning customers and understanding of their individual requirements has made her an invaluable part of the Grafters team.

Tara Martin joined Grafters in 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant and has been an integral part of the team ever since. Her versatility, dedication, and ability to adapt to almost any recruitment challenge have made her a valued member of the Grafters team.

With a strong commitment to both clients and candidates, Tara consistently delivers a first-class service and builds lasting professional relationships. In 2010, her experience and dedication were recognised when she became Manager of Grafters Accountancy.

Tara supports the successful placement of both temporary and permanent staff across a wide range of sectors.

Morgan joined the Grafters team in 2026 as our newest team member, supporting across Business Administration and social media.

Before Grafters, Morgan completed a degree in Performing Arts and alongside gained qualifications in Business Admin and social media.

With her combination of creative and administrative skills, Morgan is particularly focused on developing Grafters’ social media presence, creating engaging platforms that provide valuable information and opportunities for both our clients and candidates.

Jan joined Grafters in 1999 as office administrator, providing back up to the recruitment team. Her job involves everything from invoicing clients to ordering stationery.

Having worked in recruitment in the early 80’s with Reed Employment and being manager for an Eastbourne agency, Jan is the perfect person to understand the back up required to keep Grafters running smoothly and enabling the recruitment team to concentrate on providing the frontline service.
