Siân started her recruitment career in 1988 specialising in the commercial sector. Her recruitment expertise covers virtually every sector available.

She was instrumental in developing a technical division for a large national and worked for a specialist Accountancy Recruiter in London. She was awarded Manager of the Year whilst working for Blue Arrow, and since setting up Grafters, they have won numerous business awards to include the top award of Professional Business of the Year 2006 and 2007, and Employer of the Year 2005 and 2006, at the Eastbourne Business Awards.

Sian also went on to win the coveted title of Sussex Business Woman of the Year in 2016.

Tracy joined Grafters back in 2000.

Tracy came from the Financial industry, and had exceptional Customer skills, combined with a excellent standard of Administration.

She embraced the position of Permanent Consultant very quickly and transformed the face of local recruiting, and became the most successful consultant in Eastbourne. Tracy quickly became popular with both clients and candidates alike. She has since been a welcoming face of Grafters to returning satisfied customers delighted by her previous knowledge of them. It’s so much easier for us to deal with customers having placed with them previously. She has placed thousands of satisfied candidates to our client base over the years.

Jan joined Grafters in 1999 as office administrator, providing back up to the recruitment team. Her job involves everything from invoicing clients to ordering stationery.

Having worked in recruitment in the early 80’s with Reed Employment and being manager for an Eastbourne agency, Jan is the perfect person to understand the back up required to keep Grafters running smoothly and enabling the recruitment team to concentrate on providing the frontline service.

Tara Martin joined Grafters in 2006 as a Consultant in our Accountancy division and has been a revelation ever since.

Her ability to learn the recruitment industry at an early age was unsurpassed. She shows exceptional commitment to her clients and applicants and in 2010 Tara was made Manager of Grafters Accountancy. Her ability to source even the most difficult roles was outstanding.

Tara also assists with the placing of temporary and permanent staff in Grafters Recruitment and has an enviable ability to turn her hand to almost anything whilst offering a first class service.
